The Book
A love letter and an indictment of America written from inside it.
I came from Cuba. I've spent 21 years in software engineering. I am queer. I have been broke and I have been comfortable and I have never stopped feeling like I was decoding a country that speaks a language it never taught me.
This book is the account of what I saw and what it cost. What it means to build a life when you're immigrant, queer, broke-then-not, and working inside systems that were never designed with you in mind. It is not a tidy success story. It is something more honest than that.
Agents, editors, collaboratorsI'm actively developing this manuscript. If this work resonates, I'd welcome the conversation.
